1. The service

Novaura Stage is a marketplace that connects artists and entertainment businesses with those who organize live events and experiences. We provide the space and tools to publish profiles and get in touch.

Novaura Stage is not a party to the agreements, bookings, or payments closed between users: it acts as an intermediary that facilitates contact.

2. Account and registration

To use the platform's features you must create an account with accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activity carried out from your account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.

You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract.

3. Plans and modules

The platform offers different plans that enable a number of modules and features. The conditions and limits of each plan are shown within the platform.

When payments or subscriptions are enabled, their commercial terms (prices, renewal, cancellation) will be detailed before purchase and will form part of these terms.

4. User content

You are responsible for the content you publish (text, images, links) and warrant that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe third-party rights or the law.

By publishing content you grant Novaura Stage a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it on the platform for the purpose of providing the service. You retain ownership of your content.

We may remove content that infringes these terms, the law, or third-party rights.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not: publish false or misleading information, impersonate others, upload unlawful or offensive content or content that infringes rights, send spam, attempt to breach the platform's security, or use it for purposes other than intended.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its brand, design, and software are owned by Novaura Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. No rights are granted other than the right to use the platform in accordance with these terms.

7. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that relationships or bookings between users will succeed, nor are we responsible for the quality of the services users contract with each other.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms or the law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable based on the user's market. Matters will be resolved before the competent courts in accordance with applicable consumer law.

10. Changes and contact

We may amend these terms; we will post the current version on this page with its date. If you continue to use the platform after a change, you are deemed to accept it.
