Pricing & refunds

1. Final price from the start

We show the total price, with service fees included, right from the event listing and throughout the entire checkout process.

Before you pay you will see an informative breakdown with the base price, the service fees, and any applicable taxes where relevant.

We do not add surprise mandatory charges at the end of checkout: what you see when you choose your ticket is what you pay.

2. Service fees

Service fees correspond to real services: the ticketing technology, payment processing, support, and QR-based access control.

We do not charge you for printing your ticket or for keeping it on your phone.

3. Taxes

Prices are shown with applicable taxes included where relevant.

In Spain, live shows are generally taxed at a 10% VAT rate.

4. Free tickets

We do not apply service fees to free tickets: if the ticket is free, its cost to you is zero.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Tickets for events with a specific date are, as a general rule, non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation, postponement where you cannot attend, a substantial change to the event (date, venue, or headline performers), or where legally required.

In those cases the refund is full, including any amounts legally required.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services with a specific date, in accordance with consumer law.

The specific conditions of each event are shown before you complete your purchase.

6. Resale

Resale may only take place, where available, through officially authorized channels and within the applicable price limits.

7. Invoicing

The platform invoices only its own service fees.

The invoice for the event itself (the ticket amount) is issued by the event organizer.

8. United States

For users in the United States we show the total price, with all mandatory charges included, from the start (all-in pricing), in accordance with applicable regulations.
