At Novaura Stage we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use novaurastage.com, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what rights you have. By creating an account or using the platform you accept the practices described here.
The controller of your data is Novaura Group LLC ("Novaura Stage", "we", "us"), which operates novaurastage.com.

For any privacy matter or to exercise your rights: privacy@novaurastage.com.
Account data: name or stage name, email address, and password (always stored encrypted, never in plain text).
Professional profile data: the information you choose to publish on your public profile, such as bio, services, indicative pricing, links, images, and photos you upload.

We do not request or process special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.). Please do not include such information in your profile.
Providing the service (creating your account, displaying your profile, connecting artists with event organizers): performance of the contract you accept when you register.
Handling messages and leads between users: performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in the platform fulfilling its purpose.
Security, abuse and fraud prevention, and technical maintenance: legitimate interest.
Service communications (operational notices, material changes): performance of the contract. Any non-essential marketing communication would be sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active.
If you delete your account or ask us to, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except data we must keep to comply with a legal obligation or to defend legal claims, and only for as long as necessary.
We do not sell your personal data.
To run the platform we work with providers acting as data processors under contract: hosting and infrastructure (Railway) and, once enabled, an email delivery provider for notifications.
We share with them only the data strictly necessary, under confidentiality and security safeguards.
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases we require appropriate safeguards under applicable law (for example, standard contractual clauses).
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability.
To exercise them, write to privacy@novaurastage.com stating the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the legal timeframes.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es).
The platform is intended for professionals of legal age. It is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, let us know and we will delete it.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: password encryption, secure connections (HTTPS), access control, and abuse limits. No system is infallible, but we work to minimize risks.
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will post the current version on this page with its update date and, if the change is significant, we will notify you.
